Yes, it is easy to pair a single remote with multiple controllers.

What is the 30S mode button on the LTECH remote?

This is a 30 second delay function e.g. after pressing 30S it will countdown 30 seconds before dimming to off. Ideal when exiting a room while still needing light to vacate.

Is the LTECH remote line of sight?

No, the LTECH series use an RF control so the controller does not need to be in line of sight. It can be hidden away no problem.
